How to Play
A visitor appears at the window, claiming to be a resident. Only let them in if they really are.
Passport (on the tray) — the identity they present. E to inspect.
Journal (the notebook on the desk) — the truth about every resident.
Belongings (on the tray) — a keychain, letter, book or receipt may belong to someone else.
Phone (the desk phone) — call the number they gave and listen.
Intercom (on the wall left of the window) — ask them questions and compare answers.
Press the green button to let them in, the red button to deny. Wrong choice = game over.
Survive all 7 nights. Each night is harder.
Shapeshifters forge the passport, so it always "matches". The truth
hides in the details — an off-by-one apartment, a stranger's
keychain, a story that doesn't line up with the journal.
Don't trust one tool alone: on later nights a shapeshifter can answer
every intercom question cleanly while the lie sits in a belonging on
the tray or on the phone line. Cross-reference everything.
